At Poster Wall, we want you to love your new space; if your wall art isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned posters and frames must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll posters in their original protective tubes or place framed art in its original shock-resistant box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
